Booking Terms & Conditions
These terms outline our commitment to delivering exceptional luxury experiences in Morocco. We’ve provided detailed information about our booking process, services, and mutual responsibilities to ensure your journey with us exceeds expectations. Need clarification? I. Definitions
- “Wanderlust Morocco,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Wanderlust Morocco, a luxury travel company specializing in private Morocco tours.
- “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person or entity booking our services.
- “Travel Services” encompasses all arrangements made by us for your journey.
- “Booking” refers to your confirmed travel arrangements with us.
II. Booking Process & Payment Terms
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment is required for bookings made within 35 days of departure.
- All deposits and payments are processed securely.
Final Payment
- The remaining balance is due 35 days prior to departure.
- Failure to pay may result in booking cancellation and loss of deposit.
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
Payment Methods
- Credit Card Payments: We accept major credit cards. Please note that a 5% international transaction fee applies to cover processing costs.
- Bank Transfers: We offer fee-free bank transfer options through Wise for clients in the USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, and Australia.
III. Luxury Accommodations & Services
- Property Selection
- All accommodations are personally vetted luxury properties
- Specific properties are subject to availability
- Equivalent or higher category substitutions may be made if required
- Transportation
- Latest model luxury vehicles with professional drivers
- Licensed English-speaking guides where specified
- Airport transfers included as per itinerary
IV. Cancellation Policy
- Client Cancellation
- More than 35 days: Loss of deposit plus any non-refundable supplier fees
- 34-21 days: 60% of total tour cost
- 20 days or less: 100% of total tour cost
- Company Modifications
- Right to modify itineraries for client safety or circumstances beyond our control
- Equivalent or superior alternatives will be provided when possible

VII. Documentation & Requirements
Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), necessary visas and permits, and meeting all health requirements and vaccinations.
VIII. Special Requests & Services
Special requests including dietary requirements, room preferences, and special occasions must be communicated in writing at time of booking. While we strive to accommodate all requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
