Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms outline our commitment to delivering exceptional luxury experiences in Morocco. We’ve provided detailed information about our booking process, services, and mutual responsibilities to ensure your journey with us exceeds expectations. Need clarification? I. Definitions

“Wanderlust Morocco,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Wanderlust Morocco, a luxury travel company specializing in private Morocco tours.
“Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person or entity booking our services.
“Travel Services” encompasses all arrangements made by us for your journey.
“Booking” refers to your confirmed travel arrangements with us.

II. Booking Process & Payment Terms

Reservation & Deposit
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
- Full payment is required for bookings made within 35 days of departure
- All deposits and payments are processed securely through Stripe
Final Payment
- Balance is due 35 days prior to departure
- Failure to pay may result in booking cancellation and loss of deposit
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified

III. Luxury Accommodations & Services

Property Selection
- All accommodations are personally vetted luxury properties
- Specific properties are subject to availability
- Equivalent or higher category substitutions may be made if required
Transportation
- Latest model luxury vehicles with professional drivers
- Licensed English-speaking guides where specified
- Airport transfers included as per itinerary

IV. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation
- More than 35 days: Loss of deposit plus any non-refundable supplier fees
- 34-21 days: 60% of total tour cost
- 20 days or less: 100% of total tour cost
Company Modifications
- Right to modify itineraries for client safety or circumstances beyond our control
- Equivalent or superior alternatives will be provided when possible

V. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all bookings. Policy must cover medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation. Proof of insurance required prior to departure. We can recommend suitable providers upon request.

VI. Responsibility & Liability

- 24/7 emergency assistance during travel
Limitations
- Force majeure events
- Third-party service providers
- Client negligence or willful acts
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

VII. Documentation & Requirements

Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), necessary visas and permits, and meeting all health requirements and vaccinations.

VIII. Special Requests & Services

Special requests including dietary requirements, room preferences, and special occasions must be communicated in writing at time of booking. While we strive to accommodate all requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

IX. Privacy & Data Protection

We adhere to privacy laws and ensure secure handling of personal information. Your data will only be used for travel arrangements and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

X. Dispute Resolution

Written notification of any disputes must be received within 14 days of tour completion. We are committed to prompt resolution. All agreements are governed by Moroccan law.

XI. Force Majeure

Force majeure events include natural disasters, political events, public health emergencies, and other unforeseeable circumstances. We reserve the right to modify or cancel services with appropriate refunds/alternatives in such cases.
